NURSE IN A PANDEMIC
I am a victim of corporate scam. My phone broke and I filed a claim. A phone was sent to me to replace however THAT phone also had problems so they sent me another phone.
phone 1 and 1 were placed in the return envelope with label from company. I went to Eaglepost mail and sent it off. I got an email they received package and thanked me. 2 months later they added a $1400 charge to my phone. I have tried to talk with them and have been blown off. This is a usual occurrence with the company. Multi complaints for the same thing.
I have been with ATT 30 years!! Never had a problem.
I am a nurse with 2 kids, single mom. I have tobe able to have a phone during a pandemic and be able to call and check on my children.
