Vicki Grant Medical and Care Fund

Our dear friend and champion Vicki Grant now needs our help. Vicki has been suffering from increasing dementia which has necessitated her son Chris to move in to care for her. Chris has discovered that he will need to do many things to the house immediately- some household bills have gone unpaid, her yard has been cited for fire hazard, and she has a non-functioning oven. Home modification such as safety grab bars are needed throughout the home. He has also been advised to install a "nest" type safety camera in the home which he can access from his phone while at work. Vicki will also require caregivers while Chris is at work.
Medically Vicki will require a surgery with accompanying co-pays, much needed dental work, and a second hearing aid as her insurance only pays for one.
Caring for an ailing parent is an enormous and stressful job, but when coupled with dementia and insufficient funds it is monumental. If those of us who love this women come together we can make a huge difference in her quality of life.

For those of us who know and love our Vicki we do not doubt this for a minute.
