Vicentes Kidney Trasplant

We are asking your help to raise money for Vicente, he is 17 years old and has a twin brother. When he was born he had a heart condition and had to have open heart surgery on 2011. Everything seemed to be ok until suddenly he fainted and ended up in the ER where they told him he had to be admitted to a bigger hospital because his kidneys completely disappeared. He has been put through dialysis for the last 10 months and now they have given him hopes of receiving a kidney transplant, however, in order for the process to begin he has to have money available for treatment after the surgery. We are asking for your help to give him his youth back,  he was an active young man played sports and suddenly he had to change his life. Every day he has to be attached to a dyalisis machine by 7 pm. This has not been an easy journey for him and his family . Please help support Vicente to get to his goal and have a normal life.
