Vi needs Surgery!

Please help my dog (Vi).
Vi was playing with our other dogs at the house. Normal day as far as we figured. Till we heard the ‘yelp’. Since then she has been limping. We took her to the Vet & she had torn a ligament in her hind leg. Which will need surgery to repair.
My Vi needs TPLO surgery. Which is going to cost near $4000.
We got a few recommendations from our Vet & have found a surgeon we feel comfortable with.
I work as a body piercer. Like many Americans I live paycheck to paycheck. We’re just out of our depth about all this. Any help you can provide is deeply appreciated.
