Phone replacement

My phone decided to break today... normally that wouldn't be too much of an issue, but bills have increased lately and I am solely living off of social security disability. I need a phone to contact my medical team, keep track of and schedule doctor appointments, and most importantly to keep in contact with the facilities in charge of my kidney transplant. If I don't have a phone, I might miss a call that I have a transplant match. Anything you are able to contribute would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
