Veterinary Help for Lucky the Cat

Lucky is my wonderful Manx cat. He had been left at a shelter in Oregon when he was 7 years old. He has recently been diagnosed with the effusive form of FIP (feline infectious peritonitis) and now he requires more veterinary care than I can afford.
He has had x-rays taken of his abdomen, had fluids accumulating in his abdomen drained three times in eight days, had three sets of blood work and other lab tests performed.
Up until recently, Lucky was a large, robust, and strongly built 17 lb. cat who was friendly, social, and very playful. He ehjoyed going for walks on the 3rd floor of my apartment building, and would always greet visitors at the door with a loud "meow". That slowly began changing in December when he started losing weight. In January, Lucky underwent a battery of tests which indicated he had a non-specific infection, and his weight had dropped to 11.3 lbs.
Since January, Lucky has had six more visits His current daily treatment consists of subcutaneous fluids, antibiotics, steroids (to reduce inflammation), anti-nausea medication, vitamin/calorie supplements, and three other medications which I administer to him throughout the day. The total cost of these office visits, his three surgeries, the blood work, x-rays, and other the tests is approximately $2275 as of April 20th.

My other rescue Manx cat, Maxwell, knows something is wrong with Lucky and has been spending extra time with him, grooming him, laying next to him when Lucky receives his subcutaneous fluids, and sleeping with his paws around him.
Maxwell and I will be absolutely lost without Lucky. Right now, his quality of life is good but he'll need to remain on medicine to keep him comfortable and maintain a decent quality of life. Lucky has meant the world to us, and many of my friends enjoy reading my posts about Lucky and his little brother Maxwell. Any and all money donated would go toward Lucky's vet bills and Lucky will personally thank (in his own way) everyone who contributes to help pay Lucky's vet bill.
EDIT: Lucky died just before midnight on April 20th, on the sofa next to me and Maxwell. I had taken him in for an emergency vet visit that morning to drain fluid from his abdomen which was making it difficult for him to breathe. Dr. Dagra told me the fluid he had drained looked "dirty" and said Lucky did not have much longer left. He died 8 hours later. Lucky's total vet bill plus the cost of cremation is $2400.
