Veterinary bills for Lady Jane

48725996_1591824593391467_r.jpegOn 8 June, Lady Jane Russell, one of the beloved min pins of Louis and Craig Becton Field, was diagnosed with two ulcers on her eye, which were causing pain and irreparable damage to her cornea.  She was taken into care at , where she is now.

48725996_1591824646811095_r.jpegAfter consultations with vets, Louis and Craig agreed that the best option for Lady Jane was to have a new cornea created from her eyelid and grafted onto her eye, which was done on the 10th of June. The operation was a success, and Jane is resting comfortably at the vet's office this evening. If she keeps responding well, she may get to go home on 11th June.

We all love our dogs and will go to the ends of the earth to provide for them. What we give them hardly compares to the love and the devotion they give to us. Unfortunately,  sometimes the ends of the earth comes with a hefty price tag, as is the case with Jane today.

If you know Craig and Louis, you know they are the type of guys who will do whatever they can for their friends, and maybe we can all pitch in a bit and help them out with these unexpected costs.

Thank you so much!
