Tacoma Veterans Resource & Camaraderie Center

Across the country, the rate of Veteran at risk of becoming homeless is skyrocketing. At the same time, we are losing are nations heroes, at a rate of 22 Veterans a day due to suicide. One of our strategic goals of 2022 is to do our part to help end Veteran Homelessness and Suicide by establishing a Veteran Resource and Camaraderie Center. OIF/OEF (Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom) Veterans returning home from service to our country after September 11, 2001, are in search of a community space where they can find resources, a place to network, to find jobs, to experience the camaraderie, companionship that can only come from other Veterans..

We are dedicated to empowering and advancing the readiness of American Veteran, Soldiers, Sailors and their Families.  As an all-volunteer organization comprised of “Veterans serving Veterans”, we celebrate “Patriotism without Politics” as we serve veterans across the Pacific Northwest.

Most recently in November, we hosted the 2021 Veterans Stand Down Event, at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center. The event brought together 34 local agencies and Veteran’s resource groups under one roof, to assist more that 300 local veterans under one roof.
