For many years the founders of Rockin' W Ranch have tried to find a way to give to a good cause, to help people in need when they need it the most. One of the founders being a military veteran who has spent much of his life assisting fellow veterans, the idea came to form a rehabilitation center, or in this case a ranch.
The purpose now is the raise the funds to start building the foundations of the organization. To which our intent will be to provide housing, food and rehabilitation services to disadvantaged, or homeless veterans who want to get back on their feet but just need the stability to get started.
We will not charge any veteran for their housing, clothing or food! The only charges they will receive from us is their appreciation and that they be willing to pay it forward once they're back on their feet.
We intend to gain access to local specialists to volunteer in areas such as vocational rehabilitation, counseling services if needed, and even online educational services to help with furthering the education of the veterans should they need, or desire it.
Helping veterans, one at a time, the goal will be to start a pay it forward program where the participants of the program will go back out into their communities and help someone else.
