Veterans Memorial Of Orange Park, FL

The Historical Society of Orange Park, Florida, a 501(c)(3) organization, is requesting your help in the much needed maintenance of the Orange Park Veterans Memorial. This monument, dedicated to our Veterans, was created to raise awareness of the many sacrifices and contributions our Veterans have made to our nation. The groundbreaking ceremony occurred November 11, 2011 and the formal dedication was held November 11, 2012. The Memorial is the site of many ceremonies each year.

The inscribed names on the Memorial bricks honoring service personnel are showing signs of deterioration caused by weather and storms. We cannot allow this to take away from this beautiful site that is a monument to our Veterans. We hope to raise $15,000 to fund immediate replacement of the weathered bricks with laser-inscribed bricks and to provide future maintenance for this memorial.
