Veteran's Golf Cart Stolen

Hi, my name is Khristy Marano and my father is Robert Pepper. He is a Vietnam, Purple Heart Veteran. He is disabled and on social security with a fixed income. Recently his golf cart was stolen and the story was aired on Fox Carolina news. You can see the heartbreaking story here:
