Veteran, Now injured truck driver needs purpose

Since I was Honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps in 2014 I've been driving semi trucks for the sole purpose of providing a better life for my family than I was afforded in my youth. I was injured 3 weeks ago while unloading and to be honest it was a blessing, an OUT if you will. The emotional and physical toll that this career choice has had on me has made me question my purpose here on earth. I'm currently selling/trading things to make ends meet and have finally came to the conclusion that I need some help. I'm terrified of my next steps in life, not for myself but for my awesomely amazingly supportive Wife,  Jewell, and my 2 beautiful, funny, huge hearted children, Adaleigh and Barrett. My options are exhausted so here I am. I love you humans.
