Veteran Journey to Healing Your Compassion Counts

Hi, my name is Tanisha Frink, and I am fundraising to support my veteran husbands dream of opening a Butcher Shop on our family farm. We're reaching out to you today with a story of resilience, compassion, and unwavering dedication. Meet Army Veteran Marvin Frink, a hero who has bravely served our nation, only to face the silent battles of PTSD and depression caused by the global horrors of war.
Marvin, along with his incredible wife, Tanisha Frink, has turned their family Beef cattle farm into a sanctuary of hope for other veterans who share the burden of PTSD. On their farm, they offer solace, support, and a sense of belonging to those who've sacrificed so much for our freedom.
One remarkable event stands out amidst their tireless efforts: "A Day of Healing." This annual gathering has not only touched the hearts of their local community but has garnered worldwide attention. Featured in People Magazine, Wounded Warrior social media platforms, the National Cattlemen's Beef Association, and various other major media outlets, Marvin and Tanisha's work has shone a bright light on the healing power of community and compassion.
Now, Marvin envisions expanding their mission even further. He dreams of creating a small butcher shop with a retail store on their farm, providing their community with access to fresh beef, chicken, and pork. The costs associated with this venture are substantial. They are seeking funds to cover crucial aspects such as foundation work, purchasing dirt and hauling, construction footing preparation, purchasing concrete and pouring, plumbing installation, and the installation of a proper septic tank system. The total amount required is $35,000.00. This is where our community can truly shine.
But it doesn't stop there; Marvin also aims to collaborate with local colleges to offer carcass training, creating opportunities for education and skill development. To turn this vision into reality, we are seeking your support. This is a crucial first step towards achieving a much larger goal, one that will not only benefit our community but also serve as a beacon of hope for veterans battling mental health issues.
Your contribution, no matter the size, will make a significant difference in Marvin and Tanisha’s journey to heal and uplift those around them. By supporting this cause, you become a part of something truly transformative—a mission to heal wounds, both seen and unseen, and create a brighter future for our veterans and our community.
Thank you for your generosity and for standing with Army Veteran Marvin Frink and his mission of healing, hope, and unity.
With heartfelt gratitude,
The Frink Family
