Veteran in need of funds to launch soap business

Hi everyone!
My name is Christian Winger and I am the soon to be owner of a veteran owned, all natural, handmade in small batches, bath and body company catered towards men.
Fitting the true Texas spirit lying at the heart of my business, the first product currently in development will be named the Lone Star Soap Bar. Made of all natural ingredients such as locally sourced raw goats milk and Texas honey these soap bars are envisioned to be soothing to dry and sensitive skin and able to be used on the face and body tackling a full day's work of grime on any man of the
house.
But first, a little bit about myself.
I Graduated high school in 2014 in Anson Texas and immediately joined the Army. After serving 3 years as an 11 B infantryman I left the service with a 2 year old son and an ex wife. After trying and financially failing to make a co parenting situation work in Minnesota my ex wife and son moved back down to Texas. I was under contract in the National Guard and several months away from a deployment to Africa. I started working as a bartender and after an eventful night with coworkers received a DWI, no injuries and no wrecks. A few months after COVID-19 struck and I lost my job. not one month later my ex wife was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. I opted out of the Africa deployment and moved immediately back to Texas and in June 2020 she passed away.
Now I share a 1 bed apartment with my 4 year old son and work full time to keep the lights on and our stomachs full. I am also taking EMT classes but the DWI affects my ability to work as an EMT for at least 5 years. Between covid and the DWI I received a year ago my ability to get a job that pays a livable wage is severely debilitated.
I have always had a knack for creation and decided to put my effort into handmade goods, specifically, soap. Upon religiously studying cold process soap making and all natural soap ingredients for sensitive skin I came up with a recipe and the process of creation. All I need are the funds to start buying soap making supplies and ingredients so I can start making soap and defining a finished product.
With 500 dollars I can buy the highest quality ingredients for my soap such as local goats milk, raw honey, shea butter, avocado oil and castor oil. I can also purchase necessary supplies such as sodium hydroxide safe bowls and measuring tools, a stick blender, thermometer, and soap molds.
After the R&D phase is over and I am satisfied with my product I will ship out samples to anyone and everyone volunteering to try my product and give honest feedback free of charge! I want my product to be the highest quality possible!
Advice is just as good as a dollar and I would love to hear any and all feedback on any piece of my business idea/process and potential products or ingredients, any advice at all I will take wholeheartedly!
My dream is to sell a line of high quality men's bath and body products that are handmade and all natural, and best of all, affordable. toxic and chemical rich soaps and colognes should be a thing of the past!
