Vet Expenses for Grey Grey

Donation protected

Greetings,
This past week our little kitty broke the ball in his hip joint in three places.  The vet seems to think that he must of fell on something, like a rock.  The surgery that needs to be performed is an excision which basically removes the ball of the hip joint.  We are told that how cats recover is that they develop a false hip joint and  fibrous tissue grows in its place, which allows the cat to have full recovery.  We are asking for the support of friends, family, and those who have a special place in their heart for cats to help out with the expenses.  The bill of the total expenses comes out to $2000.  $424 for medications and x-rays that already had to be done and then the surgery itself wish would come out to $1500to $1600.   This is our six year old son's cat and dearly loves his kitty and would be so appreciative of any help.  At this point in our life paying for this surgery would go above our means as my husband is going back to school and funds are super tight.  Anything would help.  If 400 people donated $5 each, we would reach our goal.  Grey Grey is a very sweet kitty and loves people.  Thank you so much.
