vet costs for Jasmine

Our dog Jasmine tour her ACL. She has been to the vets and had xrays done. They have done everything possible to try an avoid surgery. She has not gotten any better. The vet said surgery is a must. We are asking our friends and family for help. We just don't have the funds for her surgery. Please if you can help in any way we would greatly appreciate it. We have already taken out a credit card and maxed it on her meds and first visit.
