Very sick mom in need!

I have end stage congestive heart failure. I was just released from an 8+ day stay in a hospital because of the stroke that I have had now, leaving me paralyzed on my left side. I am home now but as a parent things are extremely difficult. I hate I am having to write this but if anyone has any words of wisdom or offerings of help my family and I would surely appreciate it. We are drowning in medical bills and struggling to come up with a routine it works. I’m not giving up yet, I can still be a mom. Our truck broke down. From the bottom of our hearts we are asking for help. Any kind of help
