Hi there!
I've made the decision to spend my birthday traveling to Uganda to volunteer at a Gorilla Conservation starting April 4th through April 17th, 2019. I'll be with the international program "Project do more” in Uganda for 13 days.
Doing something like this has been a dream of mine for years. Gorillas are my favorite animal, they are remarkably intelligent and sadly endangered. This project will give me a lot of experience and feel for volunteering For something so close to my heart. Knowing that the people around me and others who believe in me are willing to help make this dream come true means more than you can understand.
We all need to believe in each other for our world to progress more towards peace.
In this program, I'll be working within the local communities, supporting areas of mountain gorilla conservation in and around the national parks. I will help to educate school children on the importance of gorilla conservation. These children are underprivileged and cannot afford to go and witness these gorillas in all their glory, despite the apes residing right on their doorstep so their education is crucial to helping the population survive.

• Flight to Uganda Round trip = 1,091
• Mandatoty immunizations = 81.00 after insurance
