Vero bells palsey medical bill help

On June 11 I noticed my wifes eye was blinking slower, not thinking anything much about it we went by our day and night , next day by the afternoon my wife noticed her right side of her face was dropping more. She was scared and we decided to go to the emergency room and within 2 minutes we hear in the intercoms "Code Red, Code Red possible stroke" I knew then this was   serious. Thankfully after blood work and some simple test, they said it was Bells palsey, blood work came back negative on all virus, so now the Dr. had to  decide, Why. After talking to the Dr on what happened that week, he said it was because of stress and trauma. Many don't know this but on the 9th of June my wife was heading to work and saw a rolled over accident around 1pm, she thought it was an accident that happened earlier, but as she got closer she saw a body laying there, she stopped and she saw a man of 29yrs old with a big cut over his left eye. She did what anybody would do, get him help. She is my hero and a supermom to our kids.  We have no insurance, so we are asking for any help to help pay the hospital bill. Thank you in  advance!
