Vera Alvarez fund

Dear Family and Friends of the Alvarez Family,

I am writing to ask for your help, as you are willing or able.  Vera, a dear sister, is now 75 years old and, as it happens, is feeling the effects of aging.  She is faced with immediate bills for dental care and eye care so she can maintain a certain quality of life.  And for the future, she does not have a cemetery plot  and this expense will be greater as time goes by.  We are lucky to have such a large, loving family, who has helped her before with expenses and for this we are grateful.  We know each of you have her best interests at heart and so, going forward, we thought it would not be such a strain on any one person if we asked our family community to donate what they can.  The website will stay up until we reach our goal, possibly six months or more.  We thank those who feel so moved, to contribute to Vera’s Fund in any amount you can.  Sincerely, Elizabeth.  Wishing you all well.  I also want to thank MaryAnn, Danny, Rogelio and David for their valuable insights and suggestions.
