In May a team of riders will cycle from Suffolk; 850 miles to Mont Ventoux in the south of France, once there we will undertake the Ventoux challenge which is to ride up all 3 routes to the top in 24 hours.
Why? I was inspired to do more when supporting Ivan Hollingsworth in his final challenge the Half a Million Half a Country ride/run; he cycled 270 miles then ran 52 miles from London to the hospital that saved his son's life in Newcastle. This was his last challenge after 8 years of endurance challenges which took his total raised to over half a million.

All donations will go to CHUF-Childrens Heart Unit Fund, the money raised will go towards the buying of vital equiptment for the unit and ensuring the comfort of the children during their stay at the hospital.
