i would like to raise money , for a special and one time opportunity in my life I am trying to raise money so a big tattoo artist who is an expert at tattooing scar tissue which is a big deal to me considering i have 47% 3rd degree burns on my body  i would like him to  come and tattoo me it is 300$.
