We are thrilled and excited to share some amazing new music and news with you!

"Velvet Groove" by Eric Valentine & Velvet Groove is the debut album under the independent label, Matcha Entertainment, LLC.  This is a full length album and a true work of collaboration featuring over 40 different artists. It also inlcudes over 10 original stellar songs that are sure to inspire.

As your ears soon will tell, writing and producing all the songs on this EP was only half the fun for Eric.  Backed by his dynamic band, Velvet Groove, plus working  alongside talent, such as Richard Elliot, Rick Braun and Peter White, Eric masterfully blends the best of his gifts with the help of a group of some of the most accomplished and talented musicans around.

Not only did Eric craft the soulful jazzy sounds of his songs from his home studio, the Chocolate Cave, but he did so alongside his formidable business partner, B. Valentine (formerly Baskerville Jones) who has also recently become his partner in life, as well. 

This album is completely self-funded, and no expense was spared to produce the highest quality music.  In order to take this project to the next level, and promote it properly, 15k is needed to cover costs of making the album.

Together, Eric & B. Valentine are taking their years of combined industry experience and musicanship to greater heights by formalizing their business:  Matcha Entertainment, LLC.  They worked independently as successful music professionals, with a total combined 20+ plus years' of experience.  Now this powerhouse couple will be offering full service music production, including drumming , bass,  and vocal services. These services can be provided remotely from the Chocolate Cave or at a nearby studio.  Supporting this effort will allow Eric and B. to continue formalizing the studio and production business, and to position it for much future sucess!

Eric has been blessed with the talent of bringing people together to make quality music and considers it his calling to inspire others to do the same. That is a beautiful cause in itself and is something that we all can support.
