Finish truck pay off for dr's visit

Two years ago I almost lost my wife due to an acute pulminary shut down. In the time leading up to this major event, my wifes former PCP prescibed her things she should have not been on. We finally got the pleasuse of saying to her former PCP, "YOUR FIRED"!! Over the course of these two years we have put more miles on my truck going back and forth to the DR'S office.
Three weeks ago my wife went back to the hospital in Lewiston, ME. On one of my trips back to go and see her, I decided to take the turnpike down to see her. As I went down through the toll plaza paid my toll, I had a semi dump truck pass me at a good clip, a rock fell off of that rig and bounced under my truck hit the under carrage and took out my TRANSMISSION right on the spot. After about 4 hours on the side of the road I got a tow. Anyway today I got word from my insurance co. that they will NOT cover the cost of a transmission REPLACEMEMENT.
I NEED YOUR HELP so I can get my truck fixed so my wife has dependable transportation back and forth to the DR'S offices, the liver transplant DR'S at LaHey Clinic in Boston, MA and her Liver specialist in Portland, ME. Right now we have a rental but cannot afford that much longer. I NEED TO GET OUR TRUCK FIXED ASAP so that we have a dependable vehicle.
