<div>Wir wollen mehr, als weiterhin nur das beste vegane Fastfood der Stadt anbieten. Wir wollen uns vorrangig auf den Raum als sozialen und kulturellen Treffpunkt konzentrieren und neue Räume vorrangig mit Kultur und Politik bespielen. Dazu gehört dann als nötiges Beiwerk eben auch das vegane Gastroangebot: Der Mensch muss ja auch essen und trinken.

<div>Da uns die Schließung vor ein paar Wochen ziemlich überrascht hat, mussten wir schnell handeln, und haben dieser Tage erst einmal eine UG gegründet, um geschäftsfähig zu sein.

<div><strong>Aber</strong>: Unser mittelfristiges Ziel ist es, die Firma in eine Genossenschaft umzuwandeln und wirklich gleichberechtigte, selbstverwaltete und faire Arbeitsbedingungen zu schaffen.

<div>Zuallererst müssen wir den Ausfall der Löhne des Teams im Januar überbrücken. In dieser Zeit arbeiten wir an der Transformation, um kurz danach neu öffnen zu können.

<div>Danach brauchen wir Startkapital, um vor allem eine erste Pacht, die Kaution, den Abschlag, und die ersten Einkäufe zu bezahlen.
