Created from the efforts of two friends and their collaborators throughout the DFW vegan culinary community, Third Eye Pie is an all-new, all-vegan pop-up seeking to cater to the people of DFW by serving them steaming hot, plant-based pizzas pies and baked goods cooked in our scratch kitchens.
Our two chefs, Zuri Bradley and Jordan Sweet, hand-select every ingredient and concoct recipes in an endeavor to deliver fresh and unique flavors meant to experiment with the alchemy of savory pies. Our operation is kept running by our many friends and collaborators who assist as guests in our kitchen and whose products we offer in partnerships with our pop-ups.
Understanding a community’s need to serve itself we have built into the purchase of our pies a 20% donation to a rotating charity or mutual aid fund whose partnership we will announce in conjunction with each individual event we vend.
Our current model allows us to open and sell within planned locations in both Denton and Dallas at a limited capacity of preorder. With small investments we could quickly expand our volume of production in a way that would allow us to provide even more gourmet and experimental vegan pizzas every month to even more parts of DFW.
