Heidi is a mother, a friend, a hard worker, and most of all an amazing human being. August 19th Heidi was told by doctors that she has a frontemporal cancerous brain tumor along with a tumor in the cerebellum (back of the brain). Recently, surgeons went in and realized the tumor was worse than they thought. The surgeons were unable to remove the rest of tumor without paralyzing her. Heidi’s medication is highly expensive. Now, with her benefits about to run out, rent and bills are adding up faster than she can keep up. She will be exposed to a lot of radiation and chemotherapy along with her medication. Heidi lives her life taking care of people in the hospital, she cares about everyone so much and puts everyone before herself.
