McGrath Foundation
On the 21st of October (Week 1 Friday, Term 4), I will be cutting my hair to raise funds and awareness for the McGrath Foundation. McGrath is a support and education charity in Australia and increases breast health awareness.
I will be doing this challenge alongside some Year 12 students, Year 6 students, and some staff from Westminster School, who are collectively raising funds and awareness for a variety of charities. This includes the McGrath Foundation (breast cancer), Lion Hearts Learning, Movember Foundation (prostate cancer) and the Australian Skin Cancer Foundation.
Cancer (breast cancer in particular) is something that has not only affect my family this year but also the Westminster School community in recent years. Your donation will help the McGrath Foundation get money for more research and support to families battling breast cancer.
Below, I have attached my personal link for raising money. Each person participating in the head shave/cut has their own link and the goal of raising $500. Any donations made are greatly appreciated!
Please help us to reach our goal and together we can make a difference.
Thank you for your donation
