A Little Goes a Long Way

October 12, 2017 marks the last day Caitlin Little remembers. At age 14 she was running as a freshman on the cross country team. She was preparing for the biggest race of the season when she took a severe blow to the right side of her head from kids playing around on the sidelines.
After the concussion Caitlin's new memories lasted less than ten minutes. She was unable to return to school and her parents searched for doctors to help her heal. Caitlin slowly regained ability to hold new memories. Seven months after her injury she was able to remember about 12 hours. Since then she has made no progress. Each night her memories erase as she sleeps.
Her parents have tried numerous doctors, expensive tests and costly treatments outside of insurance coverage. They purchased a hyper baric oxygen chamber to increase oxygen to the brain.
Time is passing by and Caitlin is in more pain each day. One of her parents must stay with her which means they have a loss of income. At this point, they are searching for doctors across the country. They are looking at travel and lodging expenses for a long stay for treatment. The family appreciates any help you can provide. Most importantly they value your prayers for the family. Caitlin and her three siblings have lost so much as Caitlin suffers each day. Pray God will heal her. Pray he will carry this family when they feel weak. Pray they remain strong as this journey for answers has gone longer than any of us could imagine!
