I'm raising money in aid of The NSW Rural Fire Service and for the following 30 days I will be running 5k every day! 

Here in Sydney the smoke has been unbelievable at times and my heart truly hurts seeing pictures of the wildlife in such a terrible way.

The firefighters out here are facing these fires need help and support and i really can’t just ignore it anymore. 

so please guys, even if it’s $2 (£1) please help me raise some money.  Australia really needs us.
