Hey everyone,
I wanted to take a minute to tell you a little about myself. My name is Joey and I am a 35 year old man who currently weighs in at 490 Pounds. This is not something I am proud of, but hey... It's who I am right now. I have struggled with my weight all of my life. But I have reached a point in my life where enough is enough. I am trying very hard to get weightloss surgery. This is a very expensive procedure, but it is a procedure that can save my life. I want my life back... I want to be able to run around with my son Brayden.
I have been close to getting the surgery a couple of times, but there always seems to be a roadblock in front of me. I lost my insurance, I went through a very bad time with depression and anxiety. But that is now in the past. I want to move forward with my life.
i am asking that if you can donate, please do so knowing that this will go towards changing my life for the better. If you cannot donate, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my story. I would also ask that if you are comfortable doing so, please share this campaign with your friends and family so t.hat I can attempt to gain the funding I need for this surgery.
