Taking VapeTheBud to the next level

UPDATE: Sept 4th 2019

I have been reviewing cannabis as a medical patient in Canada for five years as of today, September 4, 2019, and my ultimate goal is the Laowa 25mm Macro lens   which is $629.99 plus tax ($711.89 taxes in). I ran a poll on Twitter if I should extend my GoFundMe for this and two thirds said yes, so here we are. This will enable me to take super close photos of the flower and show its true health, while my iPhone did a stellar job over the years, more detail will be more enjoyable for the reader and enable me to use this macro on something I'll be saving up for as an extension while this goal is being reached, microphotography. 

I plan on buying a microscope that will take extremely unimaginable photos of cannabis rarely seen, and would love to have an album full of these photos to show the magnification of the flowers at 40x to even 1000x. Seeing trichomes extremely up close will show the colour of them and will help determine if they were harvested too early, too late or just right! This cost to me will be $363.99 + tax for the microscope and $135.99 + tax for the Nikon camera adapter (total cost $564.98 with taxes).

A few of my goals in the near term, 

1. Have a mailbox service with UPS. This will allow me to begin the monthly newsletter service for updates that have happened on my website, as well give fans another way to reach out directly or possibly vapourizer companies could send me vapes to review and in turn lead to giveaways! -  $239 for 1 year of service in my area with UPS. [GOAL ACHIEVED, Cost was $254.24 with taxes]

2. A DSLR/Mirrorless camera. Out of reach for myself when cannabis cost is high and for a decent model, like the Canon EOS Rebel T7, this would allow me to provide better photos and have more control over the output.  -  Cost varies from $499-749 depending on model. [GOAL ACHIEVED / Nikon D5300 DSLR camera with 18-55mm lens kit for $569.95 ($644.04 with tax] + [a 128GB Sandisk Extreme Pro SD Card for $62.98 ($79.08 with tax, Kenko extension tubes $129.90 USD ($147.79 USD after tax/duties = $201..77 CAD), and a Bower tripod for $39.99 ($45.19 after taxes). 

3. An ultimate goal would be to have the Laowa 25mm Macro lens attachment for the camera. The cost is prohibitively expensive for myself, but the results are stellar and comparable to the Canon MP-E 65mm Macro lens. -  Cost is $629.99 plus tax.

Once each goal reaches the amount required, I will proceed to purchase with proof on social media, my website and the GoFundMe page . 

The cannabis community has been the greatest community I've been apart of and helping other medical patients make better choices has been my goal since day one.
