Help Disadvantaged Kids in Hoi An Get Ahead!

There are disadvantaged people living in every city, in every country all over the world, and despite vast improvements throughout Vietnam, Hoi An is no different.
Here, disadvantaged children face a widening gap in accessing upper secondary education, and for those children, the arts provide an opportunity to learn soft skills that will help open doors, and improve their chances of gaining well-paid work.
VAPA is the first organisation of its kind in Hoi An. Our work is about building a happier community, and helping people grow.
Our sponsorship program aims to provide subsidised learning opportunities for disadvantaged children, valued at 100,000,000 VND—but to achieve this goal we need your help!

VAPA operates under a hybrid business model, with the majority of profit generated from our paid services being used to grow our organisation and fund programs for disadvantaged people.
So then why give, you ask?
The answer is simple. Our organisation is still young, and because we aim to keep the cost of our paid services low to remain accessible to people with less means, we need support now to help disadvantaged kids start realising their dreams, and allow VAPA to grow to the point where it can sustain its subsidised programs without the need for donations.
We believe the arts can and should be enjoyed by everyone. To support our sponsorship program is to invest in the physical, emotional and economic well-being of a truly great community.

Still looking for a reason to give? On Sunday 14 April the VAPA community danced for 6 hours straight at our first ever DANCE-A-THON fundraiser!
It was amazing to see so many smiling faces out on the d-floor, dancing so that kids from poor families can also experience the joy of dance!!
The dedication and endurance shown by all of our dancers was truly inspiring, so why not make a donation to our cause to honour their committment to helping Hoi An grow?
