Vanlessboys to Vanlifeboys ❤️
These sad faces don’t even express half how sad we are. And these dry eyes are rare. Before spending 20k on our new home on wheels, yes a lot of money but Mercedes - so trustworthy, we did a purchase inspection. The garage promised us it’d be a good buy and no defects present. We decided no insurance as a professional told us this felt good. When you don’t know anything about cars, you trust people who you pay for their opinion and look them straight into their eyes. Right now, it seems this shit is bad and we’re talking about thousands and thousands and thousands of euros on repairs. Ofcourse we put aside some extras for future repairs but we never expected repair costs up to €8000 euros
If we can’t fix this, our dream shatters and our heart breaks. Vanlife means taking big steps filled with insecure feelings, but that absolutely does not always pay back… Yes we hugged and cried and lost our shit and now, we got silenced

We trusted people who we thought were honest and helpful, but unfortunately by doing this we lost loads of money. We want to build our dream literally and figuratively but with a broken bus it gets so tough. We are so ready to get back into the vanlife again. We have big plans in creating more awareness for the LGBTQ+ community in vanlifeworld but we need our van so bad to do that!
