Van for Kerith Children's Home

We are both college girls and our hearts are in the African country of Uganda. Over the course of our involvement in Uganda, we have fallen in love with all of the kids at Kerith Children's Home, as well as the people who run it.
Our most recent trip to Uganda was in January. We did not go on a team- we went independently. We had a lot of time to sit and talk with Pastor Samuel and his wife, Mercy. When we asked about their biggest needs right now, Pastor Samuel mentioned that they needed $16,000 for a van.
The van will mainly be used to carry children from the orphanage to school every day, as well as church and the hospital, when needed. This is an amazing opportunity for these kids to be able to receive an education, and a van would allow them to consistently attend. It will also be used to transport food to the orphanage.
Although we are only college students, we know that our God is so much bigger than us. We are stepping out in faith to raise this money for our dear friends in Uganda. Join us in blessing these wonderful people with a van.
