Vanderbilt Avenue’s Open Street returns April 1st!
Vanderbilt Avenue operates the largest volunteer-led Open Street in Brooklyn. The program's success relies on our partnerships with local restaurants and the contributions of local community members (both financially and with their time). We can’t make the magic happen without your help! Your donation will help ensure an entire season of Open Streets on Vanderbilt Avenue - Spring, Summer and Fall - with continued safety improvements and more great programming for all ages.
The Vanderbilt Avenue Open Street will operate on Vanderbilt Avenue between Atlantic Avenue and Park Place from April 1 through November 20. It is made possible by a partnership between NYC DOT, Prospect Heights Neighborhood Development Council and community members like YOU! Please join us in creating a vibrant public space on Vanderbilt Avenue by making a tax-deductible contribution.
Meet Me on the Median!
Donations of $150 or more will be eligible to win a “basket” of picnic goodies and gift certificates from some of your favorite businesses on Vanderbilt Avenue.
