<div>Na een korte carrière in de hulpverlening werd ons snel duidelijk dat het systeem vastzit.

<div>Te veel regels, te weinig menselijkheid. Mensen willen vooruit, maar botsen op wachtlijsten, hokjesdenken en overregularisatie en aangeleerde hulpeloosheid.

<div>We besloten daarom om niet langer binnen dat systeem te proberen veranderen, maar ernaast iets nieuws op te bouwen.

<div>Een organisatie die zichzelf kan bekostigen, zonder afhankelijk te zijn van subsidies of politiek, en die echte kansen biedt aan wie wil groeien.

<div>We bouwen stap voor stap aan een model dat economische kracht koppelt aan maatschappelijke meerwaarde.

<div><strong>Fase 1: </strong> Evenementenbureau
</div>
<div>Genieten gebeurt in een sfeer van echte inclusiviteit. Wona organiseert evenementen die mensen dichter bij elkaar brengen. Een plek om te ontspannen, ontmoeten en genieten in verbinding met anderen.

</div>
<div>In de tweede fase openen we een horecazaak waar mensen binnen een vaste plek opnieuw aansluiting vinden bij de arbeidsmarkt.

<div>Zo kiezen we ervoor de horecazaak op de reguliere markt te brengen zonder een marketingstrategie te koppelen aan het maatschappelijke doel en zonder labeling van 'sociale werkplek'. Onze mensen verdienen het om beoordeeld te worden op hun talent, niet op hun achtergrond.

</div>
<div>Tot slot werken we aan een vastgoedtak die inzet op betaalbare, kwalitatieve woonvormen.

<div>Geen winstmaximalisatie, maar een eerlijke tegenbeweging tegen leegstand, stijgende huurprijzen en huisjesmelkerij.

<div>Met deze campagne willen we de middelen verzamelen om een lening aan te gaan en een pand aan te kopen voor onze horecazaak.

<div>In deze zaak creëren we werkplekken voor iedereen en bieden we mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt een kans om te groeien, zonder labels, zonder stigma en zonder afhankelijk te zijn van subsidies of overheidsinstanties.

<div>Therefore, we decided to stop trying to change within that system and build something new alongside it.

<div>In the second phase, we will open a bar where people can reconnect with the labor market in a permanent setting.

<div>We have chosen to launch the hospitality business on the regular market without linking a marketing strategy to the social purpose. Our people deserve to be judged on their talent, not their background.

<div>Finally, we are working on a real estate branch that focuses on affordable, high-quality housing.
