Valerie is in 5th grade, and she’s a safety patrol at her school this year!

She’s been busy helping to keep the kids in her school safe, learning CPR, and making sure to set a good example for the other students at her school. She’s learned so much about responsibility and leadership, and now she has the chance to go on an amazing trip to Washington, D.C., with her patrol group this summer.

This trip is all about exploring history and learning how our government works. They’ll get to see some incredible landmarks like the Capitol, the White House, and even the Smithsonian museums. It’s such a cool way for her to bring what she’s learned in school to life.

What makes it even more special? Her dad, Edward, who’s a police officer with the Florida Department of Agriculture, is going with her. This is a fantastic chance for the two of them to bond over a shared love of servant leadership.

We’re raising money to help cover the cost of the trip—travel, hotels, all that fun stuff. If you can pitch in, we’d be so grateful! Every little bit helps, and it means the world to us to make this happen for Valerie.
