Valaks medical expenses

 My dog valak is a Year and 11 month dog . She’s my service emotional support dog since I have diagnosed with depression and anxiety. Today March 9th 2020, she was ran over and have gashes in her head . Once I brought her over to the vet I came to the surprise she also has internal bleeding,  and I was told if I can’t afford the  procedure for me to think about putting her down .  The whole cost is coming out to 4500 dollars.  Please help me save my dog she’s all I have
