Laying our Princess Avery to rest

The time has come to lay our Princess Avery to rest. She has had a long hard fight for her life the past couple years. We were given an extra 2 1/2 years that we didnt expect to have with her. She is tired and has made the decision that she needs rest. So we are allowing her to do so. We have a small life insurance policy for her, but it wont be enough to cover all the expenses after she passes. We will still be about $5000 short. And we have heard the process of getting that check could take weeks which we obviously dont want to have to wait on that to lay our sweet girl to rest or to get her memorial plate in the works so she is recognized in her resting spot right next to her Big Brother Caiden. We dont want anyone to feel obligated to help us with this as we know you all have your own lives to fund and take care of. But people have asked how they can help, so we are doing another gofundme to allow them to do so. We appreciate everyones love and support you have given us along this long journey of ours. And we love knowing how much Avery is loved and supported. Thank you for everything! Our plan is to help her transition on Monday October 16th with discontinuing her ventilator support. We are just trying to prepare as best as possible for the coming weeks and get everything in order before everything hits the fan.
