Funds needed in order to live

My fiancé took a job in Guam, doing work for the Navy.  He worked 20+ Hours a day, reviewing drawings, making correcting budgets; doing everything even though he was told he would have other people working for him.  After 3 months, his direct supervisor told HR that he hadn’t reported for work since November and was wrongfully terminated.  We can’t pay our bills and he can’t come home; because we don’t have the funds to do so.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
