Help For My Fathers Funeral

Hello To everyone that sees this. 
Due to unfortunate events, my father Charlie has passed away. My dad died in his bed and in his home after shortly being brought home from the hospital. He was dyalisis dependent and the hospital he was in refused to give him the dyalisis. Which in my belief is what killed my dad. My family only consists of my mother, 15 year old brother, and myself. I know that we are living in the most difficult time of anyone's life, but I ask for any donations, big or small. We have never dealt with something like this so we are extremely lost as to what to do but we know it is very expensive.
