My husband was admitted to the hospital and diagnosed with colon cancer. Since his body was not strong enough for surgery, they put PICT into his aorta valve to deliver nutrients to get him strong enough. Two days later one of the tumers burst and perforated his bowels. He was rushed to emergency surgery. So much damage was done they had to remove everything. He is still very sick, and will be unable to return to work anytime soon.
