Memorials and legal cost for Murder of brother

My brother Edwin McGowan resided in Canada all his adult life. He was brutally murdered in his home on the 22nd September 2019. As a result the family is seeking your help and support in raising funds, for the legal cost, in-order to secure justice for the murder perpetrated against my brother. The family and friends have not had the chance and opportunity to mourn his passing; for this reason the fundraiser will also assist in providing a befitting memorial in his honour .
Edwin McGowan, was fun loving, jovial, a friend of all and to all, he was an amazing brother, kind hearted, caring with an infectious personality and a smile that lights any room, he was the life and soul of the party and dearly loved his family. Most of all he was, a Son, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, a friend, importantly, a Father and Grandfather who provided a loving home. Edwin adored his children who was his number one priority!
My brother, Edwin's life has been cut short leaving minor children, and children of school age, who are now the perpetual victims of that crime. His children has been robbed over and over each time a monumental time such as birthdays, graduations, engagements, weddings arrives, the lost will have been reinforced. His daughters will never experience the joy of their Dad walking them down the aisle. They were robbed of his presence and any memory! Their Dad will never witness his children mature into adulthood or see them receive an award or render emotional support in anyway a loving father could and this has further impacted their lives because of their Dad's sudden and tragic passing.
Edwin's parents and siblings live outside of Canada and this affects access to the Canadian jurisdiction, which of it self, presents further unique and excessively costly problems , in addition to this, the entire situation has been made particularly difficult with the changing Covid-19 restrictions and uncertainty.
My brother was a target of the heinous crime, orchestrated by a female who betrayed his trust; she and two accomplices were fully complicit in the intricate planning and subsequent murder of my brother in his home. Please see below:
