MEDICAL EXPENSES AND FINANCIAL RELIEF

Hi my name is Diana Aranday, the reason why i am making this go fundme is to bring some financial relief in this moment of crisis. My mother Ana maria salaices de aranday got sick down in mexico with a severe brain infection called meningitis. Due to this my mother suffered brain damage. She was in mexico hospitalized for 12 days with strong antibiotics fighting for her life. My mother got discharged from the hospital in Mexico and we as a family decided to bring her back home to Iowa with us to get her better medical help. On our way home I noticed my mom wasn’t doing okay. As soon as i crossed to texas i brought my mother to the nearest hospital. My mom was having kidney failure due to the antibiotics that she was taking. My mother is now hospitalized in texas. Doctors are fighting to save her kidneys but when they did an MRI it showed inflammation on her brain again and lab work was abnormal. She has a severe urinary track infection in top of all of it. My mother needs to start antibiotics not only for her UTI but also because they believe the meningitis still there. This past 3 weeks have been a roller coaster not only for her but her family. I have been with her this whole time, leaving my 2 kids in charge of my husband , sister in law and close family members in Iowa. In top of all of what is going on with my mother. My father got diagnosed with lung cancer, my brothers are helping my dad in Iowa with his care. I have not being able to go back home and to work and my husband is trying to catch up with bills and managing the care of our children. When my mother was in Mexico my brothers and I were paying all expenses out of pocket. (Medicine, hospital stay, labs) I dont know when i will be able to bring my mom home (iowa) but any help right now will help to bringing at least some financial relief. Hola mi nombre es Diana Aranday, la razon por la que hago esta gofundme page, es para traer un poco de paz en el sentido financiero en este momento de crisis para mi y mi familia. Mi mama Ana maria Salaices de Aranday se enfermo en mexico con una infección severa en su cerebro llamada meningitis. A causa de esta infección mi mami sufrio daño cerebral, mi mama estuvo hospitalizada por 12 dias con Antibióticos muy fuertes luchando por su vida. Cuando dieron de alta ami mama decidimos llevar a mi mama a casa con nosotros en Iowa, pero en el camino noté que mi mami no estaba bien y cruzando la frontera la lleve al primer hospital que encontre. Ami mami le estaban fallando sus riñones debido a los antibióticos para la meningitis. Los doctores están haciendo todo lo posible por salvar los riñones de mi mama. pero al hacer un estudio en su cerebro descubrieron que mi mami continúa con el cerebro inflamado y loa estudios de sangre abnormales. Mi mami tiene una severa infección de orina, y se sospecha que el meningitis siga ahi. Se iniciarán antibióticos de inmediato. Ha sido unas semanas muy duras para mi familia y para mi, ya que ami padre también se le acaba de dar el diagnosticó cancer de pulmon. Mis hermanos están al cuidado de mi padre en iowa y yo me encuentro en texas con mi madre. He dejado amis 2 hijos al cuidado de mi esposo, cuñada y familiares. No se cuando pueda regresar y no he podido trabajar en casi ya 3 semanas y lo que me falta. Mi esposo se está encargando de poder pagar los billes y casa y nuestros hijos. Cuando mi mama estuvo hospitalizada en mexico mis hermanos y yo pagamos todo ( medicamentos, laboratorios, y hospital). No se cuando pueda regresar con mi mama a casa (iowa) cualquier ayuda sera apreciada para por lo menos tener una cosa menos de que preocuparme. Les agradezco a todos por sus oraciones y amor!
