Need a new Pc for University

I'm a college student that is trying to finish this, this is my second year and I work part time so I can pay for my room rent and to pay the other bills(water, electricity, internet and food). Sadly last weak I had a small misfortune when my pc broke(desktop), it has some years on him and had a lot of use. It did the work but not well since I'm a game design student I use a lot of softwares that ask for a lot like substance painter. In order to not quit the university and find another job or go full time, I'm asking for some help, this is the computer I have in mind from a promotion in a local store (image).
