There is no sweeter couple more deeply rooted in their love for each other and their faith in God. Two days ago, a beautiful little boy was born into this world. His birth mother has been guided to this lovely couple, realizing that she cannot care for this child in the ways that he needs. Joe & Jenny have prayed about this for weeks. They have prayed for this child's mother, for healing and guidance and they have prayed for this child, to let it be God's will that she choose this loving family. Today, they meet them both for the first time. For those of you that know Joe & Jenny, you know that they are loving, nurturing and giving of themselves to no end. They have hearts that are full, compassionate and they are always putting others first.
Every little detail will be addressed and discussed over the next few days. On Tuesday, they meet with the adoption attorney and complete their home study to finalize everything. There was not a lot of time to prepare for this financially and I hope to ease some of the burden for them by creating this page. The adoption itself will cost over $11,000. The attorneys have requested a down payment of $3,500. This fee will need to be paid before they can sign the papers and the remaining amount of $7800 will be due at finalization. In addition to the attorney's fees, there is the cost of the home study and the speedy expedition of such. The fee is $1200. Baby Boy Perez will be in "Cradle Care", care of a representative from the agency representing The Perez family, until the total amount of $4700 is paid to get this process started. Joe & Jenny are pulling together every bit of their savings to bring this precious child home. Please find it in your hearts to help bring this baby boy home to a loving, nurturing family.
