At 2am, my apartment building caught on fire. I was able to get out safely with my cat even though no fire alarms went off.

I was only able to grab my phone, wallet, and what I was able to quickly throw on before running out.

The insurance only wants to payoff $500 when I lost everything.

This has left me having to find a new apartment and rebuild everything that was lost. I was given 1 hour to return to my apartment and grab anything considered salvageable, which was not much.
