My name is Kevin Luevanos and I am fundraising on behalf of my dear family friends, the Uy/Ferrer family who’s home was destroyed during a house fire in Cerritos, California the day after Christmas.
Their home was home to many, whether it be family members visiting from overseas or family and friend gatherings for all occasions. Although unfortunate accidents are bound to occur, the Uy/Ferrer family would have never expected something like this to happen.
On behalf of my family friends, I am asking for the help of our community of mutual family, friends, and those willing to help this beautiful family get back on their feet. All funds will be utilized to purchase clothes, food, and permanent shelter.
A special thank you to the American Red Cross volunteers who were on the scene for a quick relief, LA County Sheriff’s, LA County Fire Dept. Station 30 & 35, and to all of the family and friends supporting them along this journey.
