Haiti Medical Mission Trip, Apr 5-9

Atlanta Medical Center is sending a team of physicians, physician assistants (me!) and nurses to Haiti for medical relief April 5-9, 2018.  We will be spending 4 nights and 5 days in Haiti providing medical care to rural villages and an orphanage. We are working with Good Samaritan Project of Grand Goave to implement the clinics. I will be using the funds raised to support my trip-- flight, lodging, meals. In addition, I will be collecting children's vitamins and dental supply (toothpaste, brushes) donations, so please reach out if you would like to contribute.

Haiti has held a special place in my heart since getting the privilege of joining a team in 2012 during my senior year spring break. I was only a pre-PA undergraduate student at the time and helped out in triage and pharmacy. The coming trip is very momentous for me in that I am able to return as a certified PA and can provide medical care directly to the people of Haiti. I am hoping this is a long-term relationship and my love for the people and country will grow even more!
